1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Cardwatch, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
2. Description of service
Cardwatch monitors trading card game stores across France, Spain, Germany, Italy and the UK — covering Pokémon, One Piece, Magic and other TCGs — and notifies users of restocks, new listings, and price changes. Store data is sourced from third parties and provided as-is; it may occasionally be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Cardwatch offers Standard and Pro subscription plans, billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account; your access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. Subscription fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape, resell, or redistribute data obtained through Cardwatch, and not to abuse or place excessive automated load on the service.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Cardwatch does not guarantee the timeliness or accuracy of alerts, stock status, or pricing information, and is not liable for missed alerts or for purchase decisions made based on information provided by the service. Availability of third-party stores is outside our control.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Cardwatch after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
