1. Who we are

Cardwatch is a service that monitors trading card game stores across France, Spain, Germany, Italy, the UK, Belgium, Portugal and the Netherlands — covering Pokémon, One Piece, Magic and other TCGs — and alerts users to restocks, new listings, and price changes.

2. Data we collect

We collect your email address, account preferences (stores enabled, filters, pinned/ignored products), your Telegram chat ID if you opt into Telegram alerts on the Pro plan, and billing information handled entirely by Stripe. We do not collect or store payment card details directly.

3. Analytics

We use Umami, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool, to understand overall site usage. Umami does not track individual users across sites and does not use advertising identifiers.

4. How we use your data

Your data is used to operate the service: matching restocks and new listings against your preferences, sending you alerts, and managing your subscription.

5. Third-party processors

We rely on Stripe for billing, Telegram for optional alert delivery on the Pro plan, and Umami for analytics. Each processes only the data necessary to perform its service.

6. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

8. Cookies

Cardwatch does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Our analytics tool, Umami, operates without cookies.
